_'Pour in Place' Installation | |
| 'Pour in place' technology simply refers to this being an on sight installation. The actual application is very similar to an asphalt operation where the raw material is mixed on sight (a mixture of crumb rubber and resins). This mixture is then transferred to the place of installation where it is dumped, screeted, and rolled. Working at ambient temperatures, this new rubber coating takes 24 hours to cure, similar to concrete. The end result is a rubber surface, a seamless rubber mat covering the entire work area. | ||
